What if you could stop shaving, waxing, using creams and depilatories, yet still get rid of unwanted hair? This can easily be achieved using our laser hair removal treatment process! This procedure is completely personalized; treatment parameters will be defined based on your skin color, hair density, and the area being treated. The process is very quick; you'll be in and out in less than an hour, depending on the size of the area being treated.
Laser Hair removal works by aiming a concentrated beam of light at unwanted hair follicles, damaging them and progressively preventing any future growth. Laser hair removal works for both men and women. Results will vary depending on the color of your hair and skin. Generally, pale skin and dark hair is the best combination; anything similar to this mixture will produce optimal results, although anyone can benefit from the procedure. Prior to your treatment, there are steps you'll need to take to ensure you receive the best results. Discontinue tweezing, sugaring, waxing, epilating, and the use of depilation creams at least two weeks prior to treatment, preferably a month. Also, discontinue tanning! The laser will work much better on pale skin and results will last longer. Your doctor may have you shave the area being treated 24 hours before you arrive.
There is no recovery time for this procedure; you may go back to work immediately after. There will be redness and irritation around the treated area so if you're getting facial hair removed, keep this in mind. The number of sessions you will need differs but usually about three to six is required. You'll begin to notice a difference after just one session, and even more so each time thereafter. Results will last for many years although you may need a couple of follow up appointments to maintain the desired results.
